Transmatix,
having its head office and registered office
in a very centrally located locality of
Dadar, Mumbai, carry out its Design, Sales,
Accounts & Admin activities from this
office.
It has got two manufacturing units in Old
M.I.D.C., Satara, which is located about 110
Kms from Pune, on Pune Banglore Highway. The
total plot area is 23,200 sq.ft & total
Factory Shed area is 15,000 sq.ft. The total
strength of Transmatix is 32, including 7
Engineers.Transmatix has a separate machine shop having two Gear Hobbing (WMW- Gearmany & TOS- Germany), three Gear Shapers (TOS-Germany, Lorenz- Gearmany & Fellows - USA), Jig Boring Machine (Moore- Bridgeport - USA), Cylindrical Grinder with internal grinding attachment (Landis - U.K.), Milling Machine (Victoria - London- U.K.) Radial Drill, and all other general purpose machines like, Drilling, Slotting, Lathes etc.
M/s Transmatix has all the measuring tools necessary for the manufacturing of gear drives such as Verniers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Bore Gauges, Dials, Span Micrometers, Deapth Gauges etc., all properly caliberated from NABL Approved Lab.
Transmatix is catering to the need of various industries for various applications. It has a wide base of OEM Customers. Transmatix is preferred by many, in various fields such as Material Handling, Sugar Industry, SPM Manufacturing, Construction Equipments, Defence Industry, EOT Cranes, Mobile Storage Systems, Chemical Industry, Food & Pharma Industry, Amusement Park Machinery and various other industrial segments.
